Welcome to Sigma Land Development I’m Raghu Alugubelli, CEO of Sigma Land Development, and I want to personally thank you for your interest in our company. Sigma Land Development is a DBA (operational arm) of Alugubelli Investments LLC. With a background as a Data Scientist, my professional journey began at Moffitt Cancer Center, where I worked on research focused on Multiple Myeloma, a type of blood cancer. My contributions have been recognized through research publications, symposium abstracts, and even a patent. While there is currently no cure for Multiple Myeloma, my work has played a role in advancing drug development and improving patient care.

My passion for real estate started with purchasing my first home in the Tampa Bay area, which eventually led me to land banking projects across Florida. At Sigma Land Development, we specialize in acquiring land with high future development potential. Our mission is to identify prime land assets, hold them, and strategically develop them for future opportunities. Thank you for joining us on this exciting journey.
